Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The lagoon suite, although beautiful, turned out to be smaller than expected and a bit musty with some furniture stains. On the bright side, Sekarini's exceptional service made up for it with a large and very comfortable room offering a lovely patio to enjoy the sun.
The hotel's rooms are very small, but fit well for four people and a baby. The service is excellent, with friendly staff who cater to guests' needs. The location is beautiful, ideal for morning jogs along the seafront. However, the dining experience could be improved with better quality food options.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic with direct access to the beach and amazing staff across all services. While the room had some humidity issues, it was still comfortable, and the amenities were a nice touch. The dining experience was a bit average, but the facilities were great.
Staying at the hotel felt like having my own little sanctuary, surrounded by beautiful gardens and water features. The rooms, while not the most luxurious compared to other 5-star hotels, were still comfortable, and any issues were quickly resolved by the attentive service staff.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and truly felt like a 5-star experience. They were a little dated and lacked some expected items like gowns and power adaptors, but a quick call to reception solved that. The service was beyond friendly, and the staff was always happy to assist. The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the shops and provided a peaceful view of the sea. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a restful and pleasant occasion. Overall, a great experience!
The hotel offers spacious rooms with two separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen, though the furniture is worn out. The service is extremely friendly, but there could be some difficulty due to language barriers. The location is excellent, situated by the Nusa Dua beach with a private sandy beach and a small green island nearby for peaceful walks. The dining options are comprehensive, but it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, the hotel provides a dated yet comfortable stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room with lagoon access was just incredible, and it was stocked daily with a great range of soft drinks, local beer, and snacks. While the rooms were starting to show some signs of age common in Bali hotels, the housekeeping did their best to keep it fresh. The damp smell inside was quickly addressed with air freshener spray. The service was top-notch, with fantastic staff always ready to assist, although they could use a bit more knowledge on cocktail options. The location was luxurious and close to shopping and dining areas, albeit slightly pricier. The wide array of dining options catered to all tastes, but some frozen food items brought down the quality slightly. The facilities were great overall, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was incredibly welcoming and provided us with a delightful honeymoon surprise. The rooms were cozy, clean, and boasted fantastic garden views. However, the dining experience could get crowded at times. The air conditioning system was a savior in Bali's hot and humid weather.
The hotel offers a fantastic location with a beautiful sea view and great facilities right on the beachfront. The rooms, though clean and spacious, could use some updating, and the shower experience was a letdown. The service was exceptional, with warm and friendly staff always ready to assist. The dining options were enjoyable but could be more diverse.
The hotel offers calm and quiet rooms with balconies, slightly showing signs of wear but still very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The Lagoon Access Suite was fantastic. The service is top-notch with attentive and happy staff. The location is fantastic with numerous reasonably priced restaurants. The dining experience is excellent with a fabulous selection of food. The facilities are well-maintained and pleasant.
I had a lovely time at this hotel! The rooms had a nice Balinese feel, but were a little dated and tired. They were conveniently close to the pool area. The hotel went out of their way to look after us. The location was within beautifully landscaped gardens and palm trees, making it a top choice among the 5-star resorts in Bali. The dining experience was phenomenal, especially thanks to Karin. The facilities were fantastic.
I had a fantastic stay at the Melia on an all-inclusive package in the family room. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a gorgeous garden view. Next door, I enjoyed the convenience and beauty of the surroundings, making my stay memorable. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially with the offerings during the all-inclusive package. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience with some areas to consider for enhancement.
