The location is excellent, situated by the Nusa Dua beach with a private sandy beach and a small green island nearby for peaceful walks. The dining options are comprehensive, but it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, the hotel provides a dated yet comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room with lagoon access was just incredible, and it was stocked daily with a great range of soft drinks, local beer, and snacks. While the rooms were starting to show some signs of age common in Bali hotels, the housekeeping did their best to keep it fresh. The damp smell inside was quickly addressed with air freshener spray. The service was top-notch, with fantastic staff always ready to assist, although they could use a bit more knowledge on cocktail options. The location was luxurious and close to shopping and dining areas, albeit slightly pricier. The wide array of dining options catered to all tastes, but some frozen food items brought down the quality slightly. The facilities were great overall, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a lovely time at this hotel! The rooms had a nice Balinese feel, but were a little dated and tired. They were conveniently close to the pool area. The hotel went out of their way to look after us. The location was within beautifully landscaped gardens and palm trees, making it a top choice among the 5-star resorts in Bali. The dining experience was phenomenal, especially thanks to Karin. The facilities were fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at the Melia on an all-inclusive package in the family room. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a gorgeous garden view. Next door, I enjoyed the convenience and beauty of the surroundings, making my stay memorable. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience with some areas to consider for enhancement.
